mom: Hey Logan..I think we are getting the Scooby Doo movie in the mail today.
Zach got another call from Vegas! He passed his Crazy test, and now he has an interview with the Fire Dept Chief on July 1st! Hopefully this is the last step in the hiring process and if all works out well and the chief likes him, Zach will finally be a fire fighter Paramedic! Woo HOO!! We will keep you all posted!
This was the California Screamin ride. It didn't even phase him. He loved it! My son is more brave than I am!

My cute cousin Katie that got us in to Disneyland!!!
So our family was finally able to go on our much needed and VERY late family vacation to Disneyland! My cousin works at the Disneyland hotels and she was nice enough to get my entire family in for free!!! Park Hopper passes and all!!! Free vacation!! That is the best kind! We left on monday and stayed with David and Melissa ( Thanks Guys!) in Buckeye so that we could leave very early the next morning and go to Disneyland. Our plan was to leave at 3 am and get to Disneyland early Tuesday, stay at a hotel Tuesday night and head home on Wed morning. Of course things didn't work out quite as planned.... We left as scheduled at got to Disneyland about 9:30 but my cousin forgot we were coming, so we went to the beach instead and planned for Disneyland the next day and a long drive home afterwards. No big deal. I didnt bring swim suits because we weren't planning on going to the beach, so we went in clothes and got soaking wet. Logan had a blast, Railynn screamed and hated it( the water was way to cold for a foof like Rai), and Jocy ate the sand. We stayed for a while and went back to the hotel. The next morning we checked out, I put the bags in the car, and of course the car wont' start. Nice. Zach had the car towed to a shop, and we headed out for Disneyland. Luckily we had something to do while we waited! We had so much fun...Logan was tall enough for every ride he wanted to go on...including tower of terror and California Screamin in California Adventure. Railynns favorite was probably Its a Small World ( BORING!!) she only wanted to go on it because it was in a castle. Again...she is such a foof. Meanwhile, both of our cell phones died so we had to find and buy chargers and sit at a little shop while our phones charged so we could figure out the car situation. The shop couldnt figure out what was wrong with our car, so we had it towed again, this time to a Chrystler Dealership. Now of course, it was to late in the day for them to fix our car, so now we had to stay in a hotel for another night. All of our bags were in our car at the shop, so we slept in our dirty clothes, wore our dirty clothes the next day, and drove home in our dirty clothes because that is all we had. We ended up paying about $550 for the car. So much for a free vacation! Now...on the bright side. I do feel blessed. If my cousin would have remembered to get us in to Disney on the first day, what would we have done if our car broke down on the way home in a dinky town? At least we had somewhere to go while our car was being worked on. And we got to go to the beach!
We went to my cousins house on Saturday for another birthday party...the kids got to swim which is always fun!! I love this picture of Jocy...

I put make up on Railynn a few weeks ago...she is so darn pretty! If you notice, she has a crooked smile. Just like her Daddy!! :)
I let the kids run through the sprinklers in their clothes. Definately not as fun as with swim suits. Rai didn't like it that much. Can you tell??
Pretty hair...I put Rais hair in a bunch of mini braids and this is how her hair turned out. She looks so grown up!
We did the sprinkler thing again but this time with swimsuits and the cousins! Much Better!
My mom and dad took us out for dinner to Outback last night to celebrate Zach's graduation. It was so much fun and the food and especially dessert ( icecream brownie whipped cream and fudge. DELISH!!)was wonderful! Thanks mom and Dave!!
I told Zach that he needed to clean the bathrooms, fold laundry, spray weeds, etc while I was at work yesterday. When I got home, The whole front room was clean, the garbage was taken out, the tables and desk were cleaned off, The big pile of JUNK and bills on the kitchen counter was gone, the weeds were sprayed, the shoes were put away, Logans room was clean, kitchen was clean, dishwasher was unloaded and loaded again, and a cupboard in the kitchen that is always a huge disaster was cleaned out and organized. Zach went way beyond the call of duty on this one. It was so nice to come home to a pretty house. I didn't have to do anything but sit on my buns and NOT DO ANYTHING!!! I love my husband.
